Shipping
- We currently offer the following method(s) of shipping

business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Unfortunately, USPS does not deliver on Sunday, or National
and Federal Holidays.
- Please note that we do not offer delivery to PO boxes

- Depending on your order, you may receive multiple boxes
with different shipping fee from one on the checkout page.
If you do not receive all parts of your order within 2
days of each other, please contact us.

International Shipping
- Orders are delivered by air to international addresses
via United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express
Mail Service (EMS) only with $22 added to the domestic
charges.
- We will only ship merchandise

- Delivery cannot be made to post office boxes. To track
your order, enter your tracking number at usps.com.
If the tracking results show that your package was delivered,
follow up with your local post office for more information.
- Our international shipping fee applies to most countries,

regular shipping area, we'll contact you by email with

International Taxes, Duties +
Customs Fees
- USPS or its local country affiliates will charge the
recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage
fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery.
- All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility
of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during
delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office
or carrier can give you information on the methods of
payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees
collected upon delivery.
Tracking
- After an order is successfully placed, you will receive
an e-mail confirmation shortly thereafter (usually within
an hour).
- Once your order ships out, you will receive a confirmation
message containing your shipment tracking number.
Return Policy
- We want you to love what you ordered. But if something
isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns
within 30days of an order of WARAKU products in original,
unwashed, unworn or defective product. We will send you
another color, a new size or entirely different style.
If you would rather have a refund, we will take care of
that, too. Waraku Online offers 2 convenient ways to return
product.
1. Go To Waraku Store
- You can always return product which purchased online
to a Waraku store. Just bring your original invoice, photo
ID and the credit card you used to place the order.
2. Mail It In
- Place the product with your original invoice, then send
the box back to us via insured mail to the address below.

- When you return shoes, please place the product in an
original box.
- Please keep the return tracking number from the package
you are returning to insure that the package is returned
to the Waraku.
Things To Keep In Mind
- We can not refund your original shipping charges unless
there was a WARAKU error involved, such as a defective
product or wrong item received. In these situations, please
contact our customer service at ecom@warakuusa.com
to get a Return Authorization
Number prior to returning your items.
- When you return product as a defective product or wrong
item received, please write your Return
Authorization Number on your package.
- We can not exchange products. Please return the unwanted
product for a refund and place a new order for the product
you want.
- Please note that we accept returns within 30days which
from invoice date through the date you ship out (date
of postmark) to us or the date you return the product(s)
to Waraku store.
- Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed
on the card used for the original purchase.
- Please allow 4 weeks from the day you return your package
for your account to be credited.
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycle for the credit to appear
on your statement.
Canceling An Order
- If you would like to cancel or change your order, please
contact ecom@warakuusa.com.
prior to canceling /changing your order as soon as possible.
We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and
shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way
quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or
cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Change In Order Status
- Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain
items. If we do not have an item that you have ordered
in stock, we will notify you by e-mail immediately.
- sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected
to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In
this case, we will not charge you for the item, plus any
applicable taxes and shipping.
Colors
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as
possible the colors of our products that
appear at this site. However, as the actual colors you
see will depend on your monitor, we
cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any
color will be accurate.
